Vesper is an intelligence platform manager that provides tools, visualization, personalization and real-time updates, without the use of newsletters or emails. The tool features forecasts (excluding methodology), calculations, futures, news, information and other applications with regard to agricultural commodities (the Tool).
Vesper does not advise users of its website about investment possibilities. The information on this website does not represent an offer, advice or service and is provided for information purposes only. A user makes the decision to make a certain investment entirely independently.

Subject to the limitations set out in this disclaimer and Vesper's general terms and conditions, and to the extent permitted by law, Vesper shall only be liable for direct damages that are actually suffered, paid or incurred due to an attributable shortcoming of Vesper's obligations in respect of its services, up to an aggregate amount equal to the aggregate costs of subscription as set out in the confirmation email of subscription (whether for one event or a series of connected events).
