Sales Ops Engineer

As a Sales Ops Engineer, your role is to support and enable the Sales Team with usable insights, making their life easier by automating workflows and implementing tools. You will be responsible for ensuring higher conversation rates and more deals.

What you will be doing

  • Successful implementation and change management of Hubspot automation tools to improve productivity and gain better customer insights
  • Develop and execute performance programs that excite global sales teams. This includes managing incentive compensation plans, designing events for top sales performers and initiating special programs to steer behaviour including the implementation of an innovative recognition platform
  • Design, implement and continuously improve integrated revenue processes from lead to invoice
  • Improve sales data quality across the organisation; enable data-based decision making
  • Establish deep analytical tools to understand and drive team performance, productivity reviews, pricing decisions, expose cross/upsell opportunities and identify customers/products at risk
  • Define and implement strategy to maximise revenue from marketing leads
  • Set up a learning & development plan and attract the right trainers/coaches to speed up the ramp up phase and continually improve sales skills

What you will bring

  • 3+ years of SaaS Sales experience (Account Executive)
  • Previous experience with setting up sales processes
  • A creative and critical thinker, passionate about using strong analytical skills to enable improvement and innovation for the organisation and the customer experience in the advanced analytics field, helping organisations turn data into actionable insights to drive sustainable long-term business growth
  • Proactive team player who learns fast
  • Strategy and Operations experience
  • Extensive knowledge of preferably Hubspot (or Salesforce)
