Knowledge Manager

For our data research team we are currently looking for a Knowledge Manager. You will be at the heart of the findings of team research. You will translate this into digestible information and make this available for all stakeholders at Vesper. As you will be at the heart of knowledge, you will, together with our team of young experts, get the opportunity to learn everything about information and data in the huge food and agriculture industry. Furthermore you will be key in growth, as sharing knowledge will help stakeholders of Vesper boost into new markets.

What you will be doing

  • Build the Vesper Academy knowledge platform and implement learning strategies
  • Understand and be able to implement learning solutions that impact different stakeholders at Vesper
  • Manage, update and create relevant and educational content / training material
  • Make sure that all knowledge gathered is accessible to all employees of Vesper
  • Build good relations with- and harvest all relevant information from colleagues in different teams for the various markets
  • Make sure that the exchange of knowledge is done through various methods so sales/CS/marketing/others understand market dynamics and opportunities
  • Optimise new and existing content to continuously improve and adapt to the changing needs for current and future market knowledge
  • Aggregate lessons learned and translate into formats that can be used for e.g. blog posts, reports, etc.

What you will bring

  • Minimum of 2 year of working experience and/or 1year L&D experience facilitating trainings, owning a training program
  • MSc within science/economical or mathematical proficiency
  • Ability to distinguish primary market information from secondary information
  • Capacity to design/formalize complex landscape in a simple and visual way
  • Advanced level of English, spoken and written
  • Excellent oral and written communication, ability to communicate with various types of stakeholders
  • Strong ability to build, develop, and maintain strong relationships
  • Experience in knowledge transfer techniques and processes and experience in building and sustaining communities of practice
  • Previous experience in building a knowledge/training platform is a plus
  • Affection with or previous experience in the agricultural sector or commodities is a plus
